Refund policy

 

We want you to love your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within [20] days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.

All returns will need to be sent to the following address: Zemedelska 35, 1301 Sofia, Bulgaria.


Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase.

The Return Process (Pre-Paid Label)
We make returning items easy and hassle-free. To initiate your return:
  1. Visit our Online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  3. Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label sent to your email.
  4. Repackage your item securely, attach the label to the outside, and contact Direx to arrange the pick up. 

 

For damaged/defective items: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, the pre-paid label is fully covered, and we will expedite a replacement or full refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once your package is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of Sale items. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Store Credit & Gift Cards

Gift cards and credit notes, both for stores and online are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
